• Based on the initial analysis of business requirement and Market study Scope of Work (SOW) will be signed by both parties. This will allow clear understanding of the SOW and Terms & Conditions for the individual projects signed eliminating chances of cancellation/ disputes of any kind in future
• Due to time invested in every project starting from initial consultation to different kind of analysis or research, work is done to achieve milestones and modules, a refund is not possible for the work done therefore via any payment gateways or banks or payment modes
• In event of mutually discussed termination of project, all the work done and shared with client, is his/her property and therefore the client has all the control of the completed work
• No previous payment or deposit will be returned or refunded
• No payment will be refunded once the client has approved designs or milestones for a particular project to move ahead to the next stage
• No partial refunds for projects midway through mile stones will be paid
• No refund or cancellation entertained for projects signed up using any promotional or special offers or schemes or discounts released time to time
• Digital Marketing projects or Digital Strategy projects or individual digital channel projects or any type of consultation (business or digital) packages are non-refundable for the months of work already done or mid way. But, the client can always cancel with a notice period as per the signed SOW except for the promotional or special offers projects signed
