Job Overview

 We are looking for suitable candidate as Digital Projects Manager who will be responsible for administering & helping manage Digital Projects via various platforms, channels, strategies & technologies for clients. Should be able to quickly understand & support business initiatives, identify challenges & share solutions both at Business & Digital Levels that contribute to the goals & success of client campaigns. Should be capable to manage & develop Team with high efficiency & results

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working for Digital Agency or a similar setup
  • Strong Understanding of Business Models, Revenue Models for varied industries
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Online Branding, Mobile Aps & various Technologies etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work with minimal supervision
    Strong Analytical skills
  • Personal Drive – will be able to demonstrate being self-directed, resourceful, and creative
  • Able to manage own time and work autonomously. Able to work on own initiative with drive and enthusiasm.
  • Communication – Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in various languages with special focus on English
  • Commercial Awareness – Able to demonstrate contribution to maximizing commercial performance through controlling costs and ensuring efficiencies where possible
  • Ability to Develop, Train & Manage Teams
  • Problem Solving Attitude & Aptitude under any circumstances is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & PPT
  • High on Efficiency & Effectiveness of Working & Delivering results
  • Experience in Designing and Running Profitable Campaigns in LinkedIn/ Fb/ Instagram/ YouTube/ Marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart/ Zomato/ Swiggy & other platforms
  • Target oriented & Hungry to Succeed
  • Experience in dealing with Digital Media Publishers
  • Having Experience in CRO projects is a plus

Primary Responsibilities

  • Owning, Developing & Managing all Digital Projects for its success
  • Developing & Implementing Digital Strategies to drive Project Success across Platforms & Channels as per requirement
  • Project Analysis – Tracking conversion rates what worked, what didn’t, and why & way forward
  • Implementing SEO strategies/campaigns
  • Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
  • Planning and executing digital marketing budgets
  • Responding to comments and concerns on the brand’s social media accounts
  • Creating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content
  • Analysing trends and audience interest to appeal to ideal demographic
  • Writing, editing and proofreading site content. Create, develop and manage content for organizations web presence, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
  • Co-ordinate & guide, clients & technical team to generate Success Stories via strong collaboration
  • Drafting SOPs, Reports & Day to Day problem solving creatively
  • Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
  • Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry
  • Generate Weekly & Monthly client reporting for all Metrics, Goals Tracking, Revenue Tracking & other initiatives
