Job Overview

We are looking for suitable candidate as Manager Sponsored Ads who will be responsible for administering & helping manage Pay Per Click, Google Ads & Sponsored Media Strategies for clients. Should be able to quickly understand & support business initiatives that contribute to the goals & success of client campaigns. Should be capable to manage & develop Team with high efficiency & results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ Years minimum experience in Google Ads, Google Products & Sponsored Ads – Having Agency experience or similar setup for B2B/ B2C & ecommerce projects from multiple industries
  • Expert knowledge in Search Engine Marketing – Paid Search
  • Good understanding of Display Advertising
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google Console
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & PPT
  • Google Ads & Analytics Certified – PREFERRED
  • Experience in Designing and Running Profitable Campaigns in LinkedIn/ Fb/ Instagram/ YouTube/ Marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart/ Zomato/ Swiggy & other platforms
  • Target oriented & Hungry to Succeed
  • Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills
  • Command over various Languages with special focus on English (Written & Verbal)
  • Experience in dealing with Digital Media Publishers
  • Experience in CRO projects is a plus
  • Have Excellent Time Management and organizational skills
  • Proactive, Self-Starter & a Go-Getter
  • Strategic thinker with hands on experience
  • Media Budget handling experience
  • Should have digital marketing background/experience

Google Ads & Analytics Technical Expertise

  • Thorough understanding of SEM – Google Ads, Google Analytics and expert in managing paid search campaigns
  • Excellent control on the following tasks – Keyword Bidding, Negative Keyword Selection, Ad copy writing, Re-marketing, Content ads, Match type strategies, Landing page testing, most recent Google & Bing Ads features
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and deriving to action items from data points
  • Drafting Omni Channel Strategies & Implementing them to achieve Successful results

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact
  • Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings when required
  • Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Display Advertising
  • Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
  • Budget Management & Optimization
  • Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue. Provide recommendations & execute strategies with hands on for Keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display networks & other facets of paid campaigns
  • Support generation of new paid campaigns
  • Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
  • Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry
  • Generate Weekly & Monthly client reporting for all Metrics, Goals Tracking, Revenue Tracking & other initiatives
