  • 3.5 years of Proven Digital Marketing & Website Development sales management experience for high value projects
  • Master’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Quick understanding of Clients Pain points & Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to Generate High Value Leads and Client Acquisitions

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively developing own sales pipeline to promote the benefits of digital marketing & IT Services converting them into valuable partners of DSC
  • Contacting new prospective clients to establish a positive rapport and convert them into new opportunities on your own
  • Convert Company Leads into customers
  • Creating proposals, presenting to clients and closing deals
  • Promoting the digital marketing capabilities of the agency, suggesting areas of improvement, and maximizing sales wherever possible
  • Promoting IT Services like Website Design & Development, Mobile App Development, etc & close sales with profitable contracts for the agency
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Build Company Trust with all Clients & stake holders (external & internal) for long-term beneficial relationships
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales people
