Job Overview

This role will lead as the day-to-day subject matter, providing strategic recommendations, analysis and reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. You will be responsible to target customers, generate clicks and eyeballs as well as conversions and deliver outstanding communication, service and campaign performance.


The primary key performance indicator (KPI) is revenue generation by digging into the data and problem solving your way to ROI positive campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum 2- 4 years’ experience from Digital Agencies are preferred
  • A critical thinker with a fancy for numbers and an eye for detail
  • Must have a flair for English language & knowing other language is a plus
  • The candidate must understand the consumer & the brand and stay up to date with latest Social Media trends and tools
  • The candidate drives the Social Media Campaign Execution, Planning & execution of each campaign both organic & paid for our Digital Clients
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • An Enthusiast to upgrade skills & new technologies & platforms & ways
  • Excellent use of MS Excel, MS Word & PPT
  • Strong sense of Time Management & Team Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing field or a related field required
  • Team Player & a strong sense of Time & taking ownership to make social campaigns a success

Primary Responsibilities

  • Creating Social Media Strategies
  • Execute Social Media Campaigns
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content strategies and ideas for regularly scheduled posts
  • Coordinates social media messaging and prepares a calendar with advertising departments, brand managers
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
  • Monthly plans with forecasted returns and targets
  • Must share proactive inputs on scaling up the brands and must stay upto date with all latest media trends
  • Should participate in groups and forums
  • Must be able to coordinate and plan influencers
  • Must be able to analyse campaign performance, suggest and implement optimisation strategies in order to achieve the desired ROI.
