Job Overview

 We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image & Client Accounts in a cohesive way to achieve Social Marketing goals.  As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express company’s views creatively. To be a Team Player along with ability to develop & nurture the social media team

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5+ years of work experience in an agency or similar setup
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Experience in using Social Analytics Tools clubbed with Manual Research
  • Design, Develop & implement profitable & valuable Social Campaigns
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command over various languages especially English
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • An Enthusiast to upgrade skills & new technologies & platforms & ways
  • Excellent use of MS Excel, MS Word & PPT
  • Strong sense of Time Management & Team Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing field or a related field required; Master’s would be a plus

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives, KPIs and report on ROI & ROAS
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content as per requirement (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Identifying Problems, analysing them finding workable solutions
  • Lead Generation & Budget Management
  • The candidate drives the Social Media Campaign Execution, Planning & execution of each campaign both organic & paid for our Digital Clients.
  • Forecasting & Competitor Analysis
  • Must be able to coordinate and plan influencers
  • Creating Landing Page Content to optimize hits and conversions
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts & generate profitable campaigns (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
